Description

You will support the Portfolio Governance & Delivery team by managing reporting, ensuring compliance, and tracking dependencies across the technology portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Enforce governance standards by supporting policy adherence, documentation, and reporting requirements.
• Monitor project compliance and update documentation to reflect established best practices.
• Coordinate delivery review meetings, manage detailed notes, and track follow-up action items.
• Maintain dependency logs and coordinate with project teams to mitigate impacts on timelines and resources.
• Execute the end-to-end reporting process, including data gathering, analysis, and visualization.

Required Skills

• 3-5 years of experience in project management governance or reporting support roles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of project governance, dependency tracking, and financial reporting.
• Experience with Project Management and Data Management.
• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and deadline management.
• Ability to summarize complex data and key findings through effective written and verbal communication.
• Bachelor's Degree.

Preferred Skills

• Background in Financial Services or Technology sectors.
• Experience with Change Management and Business Analysis.
