Description

Manage the maintenance and enhancement of mission-critical health and human services benefit systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the health and maintenance of critical benefit systems serving vulnerable populations.
• Manage system enhancements driven by policy changes, evolving operational procedures, and updated technology requirements.
• Lead multidisciplinary application teams, including track leads, analysts, developers, and testers.
• Own the end-to-end SDLC process for system maintenance and enhancements.
• Diagnose client issues and solve problems using technical analysis and judgment.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of consulting experience within Government Health & Human Services (Medicaid, SNAP, TANF, Child Welfare, or Unemployment Assistance).
• 8+ years of experience working with health and human services policy and mandates.
• 3+ years of experience in a supervisory or management role.
• 3+ years of consulting experience aligning IT systems with organizational business processes.
• Deep understanding of the end-to-end SDLC process.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Ability to travel 20% to 50% on average.

Preferred Skills

• Experience providing coaching, oversight, and support for delivery teams and staff.
