You will support the design and implementation of large-scale system development and transformation projects for Human Service agencies.
Responsibilities
Participate in the full SDLC process for assigned system components, acting as the subject matter expert for specific design features.
Prepare documentation and record minutes for client working sessions, including requirements gathering and system design reviews.
Interpret system design documentation for developers, testers, and client stakeholders to clarify technical questions.
Conduct independent research and analysis of client program, policy, and procedural documentation to inform system designs.
Support development and test teams during build and test phases, including UAT and deployment support.
Identify risks and issues to assist functional or project track leads in preparing for management meetings.
Required Skills
Bachelor's degree or 8+ years of relevant industry experience.
4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Tester, PMO Analyst, or Management Consultant.
Direct experience or interest in Health and Human Services.
Ability to travel up to 40%.
Proficiency in the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
Preferred Skills
3+ years of experience working on an Agile SDLC project.
Program or policy knowledge in Medicaid, SNAP, TANF, Child Care subsidies, Long Term Supports and Services, Child Support, Child Welfare, Housing/Rental Subsidies, or Unemployment Assistance.
