Description

Lead systems engineering efforts for GPS Programs of Record and the PNT Enterprise. Own technical requirements, mission readiness assessments, and stakeholder alignment.

Responsibilities

• Perform systems engineering analyses, technical reviews, and assessments to support mission readiness.
• Identify derived requirements from government specifications, interface control documents, and operations documents.
• Trace high-level requirements to system and segment level requirements to ensure capability alignment.
• Lead technical interchange meetings and facilitate discussions between principal stakeholders to resolve engineering challenges.
• Develop documentation to demonstrate requirement compliance and communicate progress from development into operations.

Required Skills

• 9 years of experience in systems engineering, system transition, sustainment, or PNT/GPS subject matter expertise.
• Experience in military or space systems operations, acquisition, or development.
• Active Secret Security Clearance.
• Proven ability to write and deliver technical documents and briefings to government customers.
• Experience performing requirement traceability and risk mitigation assessments.
• Ability to work onsite at the Colorado Springs office.
• Proficiency with MS365 SharePoint.

Preferred Skills

• PNT or GPS specific experience.
• Experience working with Air Force, Space Force, or DoD customers in acquisition or operational environments.
