You will design, develop, and maintain high-quality web and mobile applications across multiple platforms.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build and ship new features in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Fix bugs and optimize application performance.
• Lead junior developers through code reviews and technical mentoring.
• Implement new technologies to improve development efficiency.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum processes to ensure timely project delivery.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience in front-end engineering.
• Proficiency in Flutter for web and mobile (iOS and Android).
• Expertise in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
• Experience with ReactJS and Svelte.
• Hands-on backend experience using Node.js, NestJS, and GraphQL.
• Knowledge of Dart, Riverpod, and Go Router.
• Testing experience with Jest, Vitest, Playwright, or Cypress.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub, GitLab, CircleCI).

Preferred Skills

• Experience implementing behavioral analytics using Mixpanel.
• Background in the finance or insurance industry.
