Description

Our client is seeking a GPU Network Operations Engineer to support a newly launched GPU-as-a-Service (GPUaaS) environment. This resource will provide engineering-level support throughout deployment, production turn-up, and ongoing operations of GPU networking infrastructure.

 

The engineer will partner directly with our client's networking team to review existing configurations, assist with deployment validation, troubleshoot production issues, and provide Tier 3 support for GPU network incidents. The role will focus on operational excellence, rapid issue resolution, and helping internal teams develop long-term support capabilities.

 

Candidates should possess hands on experience supporting GPU networking environments, NVIDIA technologies, data center networking, and troubleshooting complex infrastructure issues. The ideal candidate understands the operational differences between traditional packet-based networking and GPU-focused networking environments.



Top Skills Details:

Experience supporting GPU-based networking environments in production.
Ability to troubleshoot GPU cluster connectivity and performance issues.
Experience supporting deployment and logical turn-up activities.
Working familiarity with Arista EOS and/or NVIDIA/Cumulus networking platforms; exposure to RoCE/InfiniBand environments a plus.
Solid troubleshooting skills across L2/L3 protocols (VLANs, BGP, OSPF) and monitoring tooling.
Experience following ITIL-aligned incident, problem, and change management processes.
