Description

Design and deliver real-time data visualization experiences using Grafana.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Build advanced Grafana dashboards that translate complex datasets into actionable insights.
• Integrate multiple data sources including Prometheus, Azure Monitor, and Kusto.
• Translate user stories into production-grade visualizations rapidly.
• Optimize dashboards for performance, scalability, and usability.
• Partner with engineering and business stakeholders to define requirements.

Required Skills

• 2–5 years of hands-on Grafana experience (mandatory).
• Proven experience building complex, multi-panel dashboards in production.
• Strong expertise in data visualization and storytelling.
• Proficiency with query languages: KQL, PromQL, or SQL.
• Experience working with real-time data and multiple data sources.
• Demonstrated experience delivering dashboards end-to-end from requirements to deployment.
• Strong communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Azure Managed Grafana or cloud-based observability platforms.
• Familiarity with SLI/SLO dashboards, telemetry, and monitoring systems.
• Experience with CI/CD or dashboards-as-code frameworks.
