Description

Design, develop, and maintain Grafana dashboards, visualizations, and reports for infrastructure, applications, and business metrics.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Configure and manage Grafana Alerting for proactive monitoring and incident response.
• Develop observability solutions covering metrics, logs, and traces across Kubernetes, containers, and cloud infrastructure.
• Automate dashboard deployment and configuration using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools.
• Tune monitoring systems to minimize alert fatigue and support capacity planning initiatives.
• Collaborate with SRE and DevOps teams to define monitoring requirements and perform root cause analysis.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with Grafana dashboard development, administration, and alerting.
• Strong proficiency in Prometheus, Loki, and OpenTelemetry for metrics and log aggregation.
• Experience integrating Grafana with AWS CloudWatch, Azure Monitor, or Google Cloud Operations.
• Proficiency in Python and Bash/Shell scripting for automation and data analysis.
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and container orchestration monitoring.
• Familiarity with Terraform or Ansible for infrastructure automation.
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Bachelor's degree in a technical field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Grafana Enterprise deployment and administration.
• Familiarity with APM tools such as Dynatrace, AppDynamics, or Datadog.
