Description

Design, develop, and maintain enterprise monitoring and observability solutions using Grafana and related technologies.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain Grafana dashboards, visualizations, and reports for infrastructure, applications, and business metrics.
• Configure and manage Grafana Alerting, notification channels, and alert rules for proactive incident response.
• Integrate Grafana with data sources including Prometheus, Loki, Elasticsearch/OpenSearch, InfluxDB, and cloud platforms.
• Implement observability solutions covering metrics, logs, and traces, with a focus on Kubernetes and cloud infrastructure.
• Automate dashboard deployment and configuration using Infrastructure as Code tools like Terraform or Ansible.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with Grafana dashboard development, administration, and alerting.
• Strong proficiency in Prometheus, Loki, and OpenTelemetry for metrics and log aggregation.
• Experience with cloud monitoring platforms: AWS CloudWatch, Azure Monitor, or Google Cloud Operations.
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and container orchestration monitoring.
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and tools like Terraform.
• Ability to perform root cause analysis and minimize alert fatigue.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Grafana Enterprise, Splunk, or APM tools like Dynatrace.
• Background in SRE or Platform Engineering collaboration.
