You will lead the design, implementation, and management of scalable Grafana-based observability solutions across cloud and on-premises environments.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end Grafana solutions for metrics, logs, traces, and dashboards.
• Architect integrations with Prometheus, Loki, Mimir, and Tempo.
• Implement SRE principles including SLAs, SLOs, SLIs, and error budgets.
• Automate provisioning via IaC using Terraform and Ansible.
• Lead incident response, root cause analysis, and remediation for observability outages.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in SRE or DevOps roles.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with the Grafana ecosystem.
• Proficiency with Grafana, Prometheus, Loki, Mimir, and Tempo.
• Experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure cloud platforms.
• Strong knowledge of Kubernetes and containerized architectures.
• Hands-on automation experience with Terraform and Ansible.
• Scripting proficiency in Python or Go.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Contributions to Grafana or Prometheus open-source projects.
• Experience with AI/ML model monitoring.
