GraphDB Solution Lead

You will lead the implementation of GraphDB-based products and provide technical solutions for a global client base.

Responsibilities

• Design efficient graph schemas for use cases such as fraud detection, recommendation engines, and knowledge graphs.
• Collaborate with core engineering teams to diagnose and resolve complex technical problems.
• Optimize graph performance through indexing strategies, partitioning, and query tuning.
• Create and maintain public documentation, internal knowledge base articles, and FAQs.
• Participate in an on-call rotation to provide 24/7 support coverage.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in a Solution Lead role on data-based software products at L3 level or higher.
• 4+ years of experience with Neo4j or similar graph database systems, including nodes, edges, properties, and relationships.
• 3+ years of experience with SQL for database querying, performance tuning, and debugging.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Kafka, ZooKeeper, and Spark.
• 2+ years of experience using Bash and Python for automation and task management.
• Proficiency in TCP/IP, load balancing strategies, and network troubleshooting.
• Experience with monitoring tools such as Grafana, Datadog, or Prometheus.
• Strong understanding of data normalization versus denormalization in graph structures.
• B.Tech in Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Graph Machine Learning (GML), Graph Neural Networks (GNNs), or frameworks like Neo4j Graph Data Science.
• Experience with time-series or temporal graph databases.
