Description

You will lead complex design and preparation of electronic graphic artwork across web, mobile, and print media.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain websites using component-based development within an enterprise CMS.
• Create layouts, typography, and compositions following core design principles and responsive development standards.
• Execute User Acceptance Testing by building and running tests to ensure products meet stakeholder needs.
• Recruit and lead testing groups and run research sessions with users to identify issues during development.
• Manage iterative delivery using Agile methodologies and digital productivity tools.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in website and graphic design with a portfolio showing at least 2 real-time projects.
• 3+ years of experience in User Acceptance Testing and running user research sessions.
• 3+ years of experience working with enterprise-scale digital platforms and Agile methodologies.
• Proficiency in HTML 5, CSS 3, and Bootstrap 4.0+.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Adobe XD, InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
• Experience with enterprise CMS platforms such as Sitecore, Adobe Experience Manager, Drupal, or Joomla.
• Expertise in wireframing, prototyping, mock-up creation, IA mapping, and user flows.
• Proficiency with Zeplin, Sketch, and Miro.
• Technical knowledge of image and video optimization for web and mobile.
• Experience using JIRA, Google Analytics, Git Repository, MS Teams, and Confluence.
• Strong understanding of web accessibility and inclusive design.
