Description

Lead the visual design process from requirement definition to final asset creation for online and offline mediums.

Responsibilities

• Conceptualize visuals, prepare rough drafts, and present ideas based on design briefs.
• Apply composition, color, typography, iconography, and photographic curation to create multimedia experiences.
• Contribute to the development of new design systems and provide creative direction.
• Test graphics across various media and amend designs based on feedback to ensure brand alignment.
• Communicate specifications to vendors and manage project schedules and budget constraints.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in graphic design.
• Expert proficiency with Adobe Suite, specifically Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
• Proficiency in Figma.
• Strong command of design theory, including color, typography, space, and texture.
• Ability to translate complex requirements into functional, human-centric visual designs.
• Experience managing the production of both digital and physical components.
• Strong communication and presentation skills for stakeholder interaction.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• 2D or 3D animation skills.
• Experience working within agency or in-house design and innovation teams.
• Introductory knowledge of interaction design and motion design.
