What's the Job?

• Design and develop high-quality templates, presentations, documents, and workbooks across PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
• Create visual layouts, reusable components, and scalable design systems to support diverse customer scenarios.
• Ensure templates are clear, polished, accessible, and easy to customize for end-users.
• Format and refine files for consistency, including typography, spacing, alignment, and visual hierarchy.
• Collaborate with content and product teams to incorporate feedback and improve template quality.

What's Needed?

• 2-4 years of graphic design experience with a strong portfolio demonstrating layout, typography, and visual design skills.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint, Word, and Excel, with experience designing professional content in these applications.
• Knowledge of template design, presentation layout, and document formatting best practices.
• Experience using design tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud, with familiarity with AI tools.
• Strong communication skills and ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining quality and deadlines
