Description

You design and produce visual assets for internal campaigns, events, and leadership communications.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design creative assets for internal campaigns, recognition programs, newsletters, and engagement initiatives.
• Develop visual identities and themes for virtual and in-person employee events.
• Produce digital and print-ready content including banners, invites, posters, presentations, and social-style graphics.
• Collaborate with internal communications, HR, and leadership teams to translate concepts into visuals.
• Maintain and organize design assets, templates, and creative libraries.

Required Skills

• 2-4 years of hands-on design experience, including internships.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Proficiency in Canva.
• Strong understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and composition.
• Portfolio showcasing work across various formats and use cases.
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
• Excellent time management and attention to detail.

Preferred Skills

• Experience designing for internal communications, events, or people-focused campaigns.
• Basic video editing or motion design skills using Premiere Pro or After Effects.
