You create aesthetic designs that impact the brand across all channels, translating complex ideas into compelling messages for app, web, social media, digital ads, email, and print.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Produce fresh visual work for digital and print campaigns.
• Collaborate with marketing and growth teams to track results and identify design opportunities.
• Develop design personalization strategies for different communication channels.
• Bring forward aesthetic designs that create lasting brand impact.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in the advertising or mobile commerce industry.
• Proven experience using Adobe Suite, Canva, Lottie, and Figma.
• K knowledge of Generative AI tools such as Midjourney, Firefly, and Canva AI.
• Ability to think outside the box to generate visual concepts.
• Excellent communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with design personalization strategies.
