You will own the visual design for creative and marketing initiatives.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop visual assets using Adobe Creative Suite for marketing campaigns.
• Apply brand awareness principles to ensure consistency across all design outputs.
• Support merchandising and customer experience strategies through effective visual communication.
• Solve complex design challenges using critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional graphic design experience.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
• Experience in brand awareness and identity development.
• Strong critical thinking capabilities.
• Understanding of customer experience design principles.
• Knowledge of merchandising design principles.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate level education.
