Responsibilities

• Translate complex ideas into digestible visual formats.
• Align visuals with Go-to-Market strategy, brand messaging, and campaign goals.
• Ensure consistency with brand identity across all pitch materials.
• Develop marketing and collateral decks with a strong visual eye.
• Adjust and iterate on presentations quickly for fast-paced executive needs.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional experience in design roles.
• Proven deep experience creating visual decks using Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Working knowledge of Figma, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
• Mastery of slide composition, font pairing, and alignment.
• Deep understanding of brand guidelines, including color, tone, and logo usage.
• Proficiency in using hierarchy, whitespace, and typography to guide attention.
• Experience working autonomously with flexible scheduling demands.
• Ability to rapidly pivot and create new materials with little notice.
