You will create visual content and marketing collateral while maintaining brand consistency across all platforms.

Responsibilities

• Create logos, brochures, flyers, social media graphics, website elements, and advertisements.
• Collaborate with senior designers and art directors to develop design concepts and layouts.
• Ensure all design work aligns strictly with established brand guidelines.
• Manage and organize design files for accessibility and future updates.
• Review and proofread designs to ensure they are error-free and production-ready.

Required Skills

• Mandatory experience working in the Political Domain.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Proficiency in CorelDraw.
• Basic knowledge of HTML.
• Strong conceptual thinking and attention to detail.
• Ability to implement feedback and iterate on designs.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• A portfolio demonstrating previous design work.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with video editing and motion graphics software such as Adobe Premiere or After Effects.
• Knowledge of CSS.
