Description

You will deliver design assets across various marketing channels while managing quick-turn deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver assets for CRM, in-app surfaces, and paid media.
• Partner with DRIs and Project Producers to triage and prioritize design requests.
• Collaborate with Product and Marketing teams to translate product concepts into visuals.
• Create non-destructive design files using clear labeling, components, and reusable templates.
• Contribute to establishing and evolving visual direction, building compelling presentations for stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in senior-level design.
• Portfolio demonstrating brand-building work (identity systems, storytelling) and growth design (CRM, paid social, A/B testing).
• Hands-on expertise creating content for web, email, ads, and presentations.
• Ability to articulate and defend strategic design decisions to senior stakeholders.
• Experience translating complex business concepts into clear visuals.
• Proficiency with Figma.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite.
• Proficiency with After Effects.
• Experience in a technology, media, or digital advertising background.
