You will own the end-to-end design process for marketing assets, balancing brand consistency with growth-oriented deliverables.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver high-quality assets for CRM, in-app surfaces, and paid media channels.
• Partner with Direct Responsible Individuals (DRIs) and Project Producers to triage and prioritize design requests against tight deadlines.
• Collaborate with Product and Marketing teams to translate complex product concepts into clear, compelling visuals.
• Build and maintain non-destructive design files using clear labeling, components, and reusable templates.
• Contribute to the visual direction by creating presentations that articulate and defend strategic design decisions to senior stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in senior-level graphic design.
• Portfolio demonstrating brand-building work (identity systems, storytelling) and growth design (CRM, paid social, A/B testing).
• Hands-on expertise creating content for web, email, ads, and presentations.
• Proficiency with Figma for design and prototyping.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite.
• Proficiency with After Effects for motion graphics.
• Ability to articulate and defend strategic design decisions to senior stakeholders.
• Experience in a technology, media, or digital advertising background.
