Description

You will manage the visual identity and design output for all organizational communications.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and enforce branding, design, and tone across consumer and employee collateral.
• Produce engaging designs for social, digital, web, and print in collaboration with content managers.
• Create social posts, GIFs, and short animations.
• Reformat and resize artwork for various specifications and channels.
• Produce corporate presentations and property-specific branded materials.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in a fast-paced, integrated agency or in-house environment.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
• Demonstrated skill in visual design and art direction.
• Experience creating shareable, engaging digital and social content.
• Strong understanding of typography and visual communication.
• Experience with project management software like Monday.com or Canva.
• Background in Design or a related creative field.
