Description

You will own the end-to-end design process for print, multimedia, video, and web assets supporting internal and external communications.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design business templates and marketing materials including PowerPoint presentations, whitepapers, reports, email blasts, and HubSpot landing pages.
• Develop and implement brand and office guidelines while managing print production from conception to completion.
• Create event collateral, signage, and giveaways for in-person, virtual, and hybrid events.
• Assist with intranet website redesigns and custom landing page layouts.
• Produce graphics for video and social media channels to support executive leadership messaging.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of design experience in an in-house creative department or design firm.
• Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Strong command of typography, layout, color, iconography, and design systems.
• Ability to translate complex content into easy-to-understand layouts.
• Expert knowledge of the graphic production process.
• Ability to manage projects from start to finish with minimal supervision.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with HTML and CSS.
