You will produce digital and print deliverables to support branding, marketing, and recruiting efforts.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Conceptualize and produce sales materials, recruitment documents, and core brand assets.
• Design document templates, presentations, data visuals, and website graphics.
• Manage and organize digital assets.
• Collaborate with various groups across the firm to develop creative solutions.
• Execute multiple projects simultaneously while meeting varying deadlines.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in visual design or a related field.
• Bachelor's degree in graphic design or an equivalent field.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite: InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites, including Excel charts, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Strong background in typography and a clean, impactful aesthetic.
• Fluency in both Mac and PC environments.
• Demonstrated project management and organizational skills.
• A portfolio demonstrating a range of design techniques and skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with UX/UI design.
• Data visualization skills.
