Description

You will create visual assets for video training, email marketing, presentations, and internal communications.

Responsibilities

• Design graphics, infographics, icons, and logos for video training and marketing materials.
• Enhance and edit PowerPoint presentations created by Instructional Designers, including templates and animations.
• Execute projects from initial concept through final delivery under the oversight of the Design Manager.
• Follow branding guidelines and communicate design decisions to stakeholders.
• Manage project status, incorporate feedback, and adhere to tight deadlines.

Required Skills

• 2+ years of professional design experience.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, specifically Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, including templates and animations.
• Strong graphic design, visualization, and typographic skills.
• Excellent production and personal management skills.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to think independently and brainstorm creative solutions.
• Degree in Graphic Design or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Adobe After Effects.
• Experience with Articulate Rise.
