Description

Create visual assets for video training, email marketing, presentations, and internal communications.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design graphics, infographics, icons, and logos for training and marketing materials.
• Enhance and edit PowerPoint presentations, including templates and animations, created by Instructional Designers.
• Execute projects from initial concept through final delivery under the Design Manager’s oversight.
• Follow branding guidelines and communicate design decisions to stakeholders.
• Manage project status, incorporate feedback, and meet tight deadlines.

Required Skills

• 2+ years of professional graphic design experience.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, specifically Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, including templates and animations.
• Strong graphic design, visualization, and typographic skills.
• Excellent production and personal management skills.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to think independently and brainstorm creative solutions.
• Degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
