Description

You will design and produce visual assets for product illustrations, company logos, and websites.

Responsibilities

• Plan concepts by studying relevant information and materials.
• Illustrate concepts by designing art arrangements, sizing, typography, and style.
• Prepare finished art using necessary equipment and software.
• Coordinate with outside agencies, art services, web designers, marketing, and printers.
• Communicate with clients about layout and design, and review final layouts for improvements.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a graphic designer or in a related field.
• Proficiency with desktop publishing tools including Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Quark.
• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or a related field.
• Strong eye for visual composition and layout.
• Understanding of marketing, production, website design, corporate identity, product packaging, and multimedia design.
• Experience with computer-aided design (CAD) tools.
• Effective time management with the ability to meet deadlines.
• Ability to give and receive constructive criticism.

Preferred Skills

• Strong portfolio demonstrating demonstrable graphic design skills.
