Description

You will manage the design, layout, and coordination of commercial product labeling for US and global markets. This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and layout commercial final product labels, developing labeling text requirements and finalizing product branding elements.
• Coordinate review and approval workflows across Regulatory, Quality, Marketing, and Manufacturing teams.
• Acquire and approve print proofs from suppliers and coordinate test printing for new components.
• Manage document control systems and communicate project status to internal and external stakeholders.
• Resolve labeling issues and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite: InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Acrobat Pro.
• Experience with FDA cGxP standards and regulatory requirements for packaging and labeling.
• 6+ years of experience in graphic design or labeling coordination.
• Ability to interface with C-level executives and manage cross-functional teams.
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Proven ability to coordinate complex labeling text requirements and document control.

Preferred Skills

• Background working within the biotechnology or pharmaceutical industry.
