Description

You will develop seasonal sports apparel assortments and professional graphics for licensed sports business.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Create apparel graphics and build master art files, including licensing sheets, decoration specifications (BOM), and copyright call-outs.
• Develop presentation decks, collection boards, and supporting brand or league systems.
• Research apparel embellishment techniques such as screen print, heat transfers, applique, and embroidery.
• Execute typography research, font development, and implementation for apparel graphics.
• Build mood, trend, and ideation boards based on sports, pop culture, and competitor research.

Required Skills

• Intermediate proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
• Intermediate knowledge of typography, color theory, and composition.
• Entry-level production art knowledge and familiarity with brand guidelines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Experience managing workloads and meeting deadlines within project management systems.
• Strong professional portfolio demonstrating diverse design abilities.
• 3+ years of professional experience.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Arts or a related field, or equivalent combination of experience.
