Description

You will lead the development and implementation of a new corporate brand identity and comprehensive design system. You will manage graphic libraries and ensure brand compliance across all business units.

Responsibilities

• Develop a new design system, including visual brand identity, corporate style guides, and brand standards.
• Implement brand identity across websites, digital identities, sales enablement tools, and internal communications.
• Lead a global team of designers to ensure brand compliance and integrity across all business units.
• Mentor designers and non-designers on utilizing the design system effectively.
• Cross-functionally collaborate with web development and other teams to support client-facing materials and proposals.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in global branding, positioning, tone, voice, and color hierarchy.
• 5+ years of experience designing strategic and complex corporate systems.
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Cloud 6, specifically InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
• Proven experience creating graphic assets for both digital and printed formats.
• Experience in formal or informal management and mentorship roles.
• Professional fluency in written and verbal English.

• Audiovisual knowledge.
