Description

You create original graphic designs reflecting design ethos, supporting idea generation, concept development, and branding.

Responsibilities

• Develop print, packaging, 3-D retail displays, event signage, logo systems, imagery, video, and collateral materials.
• Manage individual and group projects from concept briefing through final production, tracking timelines and budgets.
• Serve as a liaison between internal managers (Image Design, Marketing, etc.) and external agencies regarding project details and requirements.
• Estimate project development costs, negotiate vendor fees, and reconcile budgets to maintain cost control.
• Build and hand off seasonal graphic schematics across disciplines while managing multiple concurrent seasons.

Required Skills

• Graphics Designer experience.
• Proficiency in using computerized systems for the design process.
• Experience managing full project lifecycles, including supplier coordination and quality standard maintenance.
• Ability to coordinate with functional teams from initial concept to distribution.
• Experience in cost estimation, budget management, and vendor negotiation.
• Bachelor's degree.
• 5+ years of professional working experience.
