Description

You will manage governance, risk, and compliance processes for identity and access management. You own the integration of IAM platforms with regulatory frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Manage identity lifecycle and governance processes for over 3 years.
• Implement role-based access management and conduct user access reviews.
• Align security controls with SOX, SOC 2, ISO, NIST, and PCI-DSS frameworks.
• Configure and maintain Okta for identity and access management.
• Oversee privileged access management, multi-factor authentication, and secrets management.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in identity lifecycle and governance.
• Hands-on experience with Okta and IAM platforms.
• Deep understanding of SOX, SOC 2, ISO, NIST, and PCI-DSS compliance.
• Experience with privileged access management and service account management.
• Familiarity with enterprise SaaS and IaaS platforms like AWS and GCP.
• Strong knowledge of multi-factor authentication strategies.
