Description

You will bridge business stakeholders and development teams to implement and maintain GRC frameworks, ensuring regulatory compliance and risk mitigation.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Liaise between business and development teams to communicate strategy and requirements.
• Lead requirement elicitation, analysis, and management throughout the project lifecycle.
• Perform data validation using SQL and Excel to verify data flow and output accuracy.
• Prepare test cases and execute unit and regression testing to meet acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with Project Sponsors, Product Owners, Developers, QA, and End Users to mitigate risk.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst within the banking domain.
• Hands-on experience with GRC tools such as OpenPages, MetricStream, or ServiceNow.
• Proven experience in Credit Risk, Wealth Management, or Supply Chain domains.
• Proficiency in SQL and Excel for data validation tasks.
• Deep understanding of GRC processes and Risk Management.
• Experience working within both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Ability to manage system analysis and quality assurance workflows.
• Direct experience working with clients on a daily basis.
