Description

Required Skills and Qualifications 3 to 6+ years of general ServiceNow platform experience with robust JavaScript proficiency. 2+ years of hands-on experience administering or implementing ServiceNow GRC/IRM modules. Familiarity with regulatory frameworks such as NIST, ISO 27001, SOX, HIPAA, or PCI-DSS. Experience with core platform tools including Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, Business Rules, and Script Includes. Strong communication and client-facing stakeholder management skills. Preferred Certifications ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) Certified Implementation Specialist – Risk and Compliance (CIS-RC)
