Description

You will manage operational risk frameworks and end-to-end risk assessment programs within the financial services sector.

Responsibilities

• Develop and govern risk management policies and control frameworks.
• Execute change risk and governance processes.
• Manage privacy requirements and end-to-end risk assessment programs.
• Conduct thorough reviews and audits of business processes and controls.
• Engage with and influence stakeholders across all three lines of defense.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in risk management.
• Background in the banking or financial services sector.
• Experience with Operational Risk Management Frameworks.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements for Compliance, Operational Risk, and audit.
• Proficiency in risk assessment methodologies and tools.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Technology, risk, audit, or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills for identifying and addressing complex risk and control issues.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and initiatives simultaneously.

Preferred Skills

• Professional certifications such as CRISC, CAMS, or CISSP.
• Advanced degrees related to risk management, compliance, or audit.
