Description

You will design, develop, and deploy GRC solutions within the RSA Archer platform.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Configure and customize Archer components including data-feeds, mail merge, DDE, workflows, notifications, calculations, and sub-forms.
• Build workflows that support business processes and reduce operational overhead.
• Develop analytical tools, dashboards, and reports to enhance GRC platform efficiency and system integration.
• Implement solutions for control assessments, risk, and compliance reporting using roll-up and aggregation techniques.
• Manage platform maintenance, upgrades, and technical interactions with Archer vendor support.

Required Skills

• 2-4 years of experience in RSA Archer solution design and development.
• Proficiency with Archer workflows, schedules, reports, charts, and multi-level applications.
• Hands-on experience with Agile development methodology.
• Knowledge of compliance frameworks such as NIST, SOX, ISO, and GDPR.
• Understanding of information security concepts for large, multinational enterprises.
• Ability to document design use cases and create user training guides using Word and PowerPoint.
• Strong foundation in computer science principles and IT engineering techniques.
