You will manage governance, risk, and compliance functions to ensure organizational security alignment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Create standard policies, procedures, and control documents from scratch for Data and IT operations departments.
• Develop and maintain IT documentation to align with GRC objectives and organizational goals.
• Perform gap analyses to identify and address improvements in IT GRC processes.
• Coordinate efforts across different teams to achieve IT GRC objectives.
• Present findings and provide actionable recommendations to stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in IT Security, Audit, Compliance, and Risk Management.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cyber Security Systems, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience with COBIT Framework.
• Experience with compliance, risk management, and security or audit frameworks such as NIST 800-53 or FFIEC.
• Proficiency in using GRC tools for risk assessment, compliance monitoring, and reporting.
• Strong ability to produce high-quality policy documentation.
• Analytical and critical thinking skills for processing complex data.
• Proficiency in standard office software suites.
