Description

You will provide technical support and configuration for the Greenhouse software system.

Responsibilities

• Gather requirements and design solutions in collaboration with business and IT teams.
• Resolve technical issues within established SLAs.
• Design and configure new system requirements or changes.
• Develop, deploy, and test end-to-end business process solutions.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience.
• Completion of at least one end-to-end project specifically within Greenhouse.
• Deep hands-on configuration experience.
• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors implementation in Recruitment Management and Onboarding.
• Strong domain knowledge of business processes.
• Specialized knowledge in Recruitment Management.
• Excellent communication skills.
