Description

You will manage, maintain, and optimize Greenplum database systems to ensure health, security, and performance.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Install, upgrade, and patch Greenplum software and database environments.
• Monitor performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement tuning strategies.
• Manage backup procedures and recovery processes to ensure data integrity.
• Troubleshoot database issues and provide technical support to users.
• Collaborate on the design and architecture of Greenplum environments and hardware deployments.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in database administration.
• Expertise in Greenplum database systems, including installation and upgrades.
• Strong troubleshooting skills for database and system issues.
• Experience managing SAN and networking infrastructure.
• Ability to design and architect Greenplum environments.
• Any Graduate degree.
