Responsibilities

• Create and execute a comprehensive people design strategy to grow digital experiences.
• Build and lead a design leadership team including managers and individual contributors.
• Set standards for customer-grade tools and design excellence across the portfolio.
• Translate research, analytics, and business processes into clear, simplified product visions.
• Partner with business, engineering, and product teams to balance technology with highly usable experiences.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of experience in product design.
• 8+ years of experience managing teams of managers and individual contributors.
• Proven expertise in People Design.
• Extensive experience designing enterprise software and services.
• Strong storytelling skills to present product design rationale and vision.
• Ability to deliver pixel-perfect detailed design.
• Impressive design portfolio.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a design-related field.
