Description

You will maintain and enhance the PLUK GroupAsia application and core admin system.

Responsibilities

• Enhance and maintain the PLUK Core admin system and Group/400, Group/Asia, and Integral Group Insurance software.
• Perform impact analysis, prepare technical specifications, and document all scope changes and system updates.
• Collaborate with business teams and analysts to design and implement technical solutions that meet business requirements.
• Conduct unit and integration testing, including quality analysis of code before acceptance testing.
• Perform technical reviews of code written by junior members to ensure quality and compliance with IT governance.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in AS/400 and SMART/400 based insurance applications.
• Specialization in Group/400 and Group/Asia applications.
• Hands-on experience with GroupAsia SOAP APIs.
• Proficiency in COBOL400 and SMART400 development.
• Strong experience with SQL400 and DB2 databases.
• Ability to manage the end-to-end software lifecycle and deliver assignments within agreed deadlines.
• Bachelor or Higher Degree in Computer Science and Engineering or any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of the insurance industry.
• Experience in conceptual and functional business process modeling.
