Description

You will provide technical expertise and systems analysis to manage and support an enterprise Microsoft 365 environment.

Responsibilities

• Define business requirements for collaborative work tools by working with end-users to develop technical specifications.
• Implement, maintain, and support groupware systems including Microsoft Exchange and Lotus Notes.
• Evaluate and recommend hardware and software solutions based on user needs and organizational requirements.
• Engineer and deploy groupware applications such as team collaborative computing, document sharing, and next-generation messaging clients.
• Provide technical leadership in the design and promotion of groupware strategies.

Required Skills

• 2 to 4 years of IT experience in programming and systems analysis.
• Experience configuring, supporting, monitoring, and maintaining enterprise Microsoft 365 environments.
• Proficiency with groupware and messaging technologies, tools, and relevant platforms.
• Strong systems analysis and technical support capabilities.
• Ability to lead projects and coach junior technical staff.
• Experience in designing and deploying Internet and wireless access solutions.
• Knowledge of quality assurance ideologies, techniques, and tools.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
