You will design, plan, and execute team roadmaps to improve performance and scalability. This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into technical solutions by collaborating with product managers and cross-functional teams.
• Implement AI-driven enhancements and advanced technologies to improve user experience and platform capabilities.
• Balance delivery speed with quality, making pragmatic technical trade-offs.
• Mentor teammates, fostering experimentation and continuous learning.
• Define system architecture and create high-level technical documentation.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of industry experience with strong Fullstack expertise.
• Deep, hands-on knowledge of Node.js and Angular 2+ (or modern front-end frameworks).
• Experience deploying and scaling applications on cloud platforms, preferably GCP.
• Strong understanding of unit testing frameworks like Jest or Jasmine.
• Proficiency with UI testing tools such as Cypress or Playwright.
• A self-motivated approach to solving complex technical challenges.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with AI-driven enhancements.
