Description

You will design and build data pipeline strategies using generative AI and automation to support client GTM initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Design and build data pipeline strategies leveraging generative AI and automation to support GTM expansion.
• Implement data-driven GTM playbooks across professional services engagements.
• Support GTM workflows, integrations, and data strategies across product sets.
• Develop trusted advisor relationships with customer stakeholders and executive sponsors.
• Identify renewal and expansion opportunities while collaborating with internal teams to mitigate risk.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of data or operations experience, preferably in B2B markets.
• Broad knowledge of Sales and Marketing processes, systems, and data architecture.
• Experience with Sales and Marketing technologies such as Apollo, Outreach, Salesloft, 6Sense, Demandbase, or Salesforce.
• Proficiency in communicating technical information to non-technical audiences.
• Ability to manage multiple customer projects simultaneously and manage client expectations.
• Experience with issue tracking, triaging, and crisis management.
• Some experience with gen AI tools or a verifiable interest in the space.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.

Preferred Skills

• Direct experience with ZoomInfo products.
• Background in marketing, sales, operations, advisory, consulting, or analysis.
