Description

You will provide technical support and maintenance for user information systems, labs, and IT infrastructure.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot end-user problems via phone or onsite visits.
• Coordinate installation, testing, and maintenance of assigned information systems.
• Manage system resources, user accounts, passwords, and access security.
• Monitor system performance and maintain hardware and software inventories.
• Develop technical IT requirements and specifications for system modifications.

Required Skills

• 2+ years of solid job-related experience in systems support.
• Experience with DevSecOps, Cameo, and Teamwork Cloud.
• Experience with PKI certificate management.
• Experience managing VDI infrastructure.
• Experience with enterprise storage, including quota management, backup, and disaster recovery.
• Experience with system hardening, updates, and upgrades.
• Bachelor's Degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Preferred Skills

• 10+ years of job-related experience.
• Command line proficiency.
