Description

You provide ongoing management information system user support through phone and onsite visits. You troubleshoot end-user problems and technical issues while administering enterprise infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot end-user problems and technical issues via phone and onsite visits.
• Manage PKI certificates and VDI infrastructure.
• Administer enterprise storage, including quota management.
• Execute backup and disaster recovery procedures.
• Support enterprise applications including Cameo and Teamwork.

Required Skills

• 2+ years of experience with enterprise applications such as Cameo and Teamwork.
• 2+ years of experience with DevSecOps practices.
• 2+ years of experience in PKI certificate management.
• 2+ years of experience managing VDI infrastructure.
• Experience managing enterprise storage and quotas.
• Experience handling backup and disaster recovery workflows.

Preferred Skills

• 10+ years of solid job-related experience due to work complexity.
