Qualifications

Possess strong hands-on experience in one or more Guidewire core centers: PolicyCenter, ClaimCenter, or Billing Center, with exposure to Guidewire InsuranceSuite implementation, enhancement, upgrade, or support programs.
Demonstrate practical experience in Guidewire configuration and/or integration, including PCF, Gosu, rules, workflows, product model, data model, batch processing, plugins, messaging, APIs, and web services.
Have a strong understanding of Property & Casualty Insurance business processes across policy, billing, claims, underwriting, rating, or servicing functions.
Demonstrate excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex Guidewire issues and recommend sustainable solutions.
Exhibit strong communication and collaboration skills with experience working in distributed onsite-offshore and hybrid delivery models.
Show proven experience leading technical workstreams, mentoring developers, reviewing deliverables, and supporting successful Guidewire releases.
Hold a bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, or a related field
