Lead technical strategy and solution architecture for large-scale Guidewire engagements.

Responsibilities

• Define architecture strategy across configuration, integration, data migration, and reporting tracks.
• Lead program discovery, inception, and detailed solution design for complex modules.
• Drive implementation, stabilization, and rollout phases while resolving technical blockers.
• Govern technical delivery across multiple PODs, ensuring code reviews and best practices.
• Conduct cost-benefit assessments for solution options and provide execution guidance for infrastructure workstreams.

Required Skills

• 17+ years of IT experience with 10+ years in the Insurance domain.
• 8+ years of certified Guidewire COTS product technical design and implementation experience.
• Subject matter expertise in PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, and ClaimCenter.
• Deep knowledge of Guidewire ClaimCenter core functionalities, including reserves, transactions, payments, and financial modules.
• Foundation knowledge of the Guidewire cloud platform.
• Experience with ReactJS, NodeJS, GraphQL, and AWS.
• Proficiency in performance tuning and technical design.
• Experience with Behavioral-Driven Development (BDD) and specification by example techniques.
• Ability to manage DevOps pipelines and maintain high unit test coverage.
