Description

Lead technical strategy and solution architecture for large-scale Guidewire engagements across configuration, integration, data migration, and reporting tracks.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Define architecture strategy and lead program discovery, inception, and detailed solution design for complex modules.
• Drive implementation, stabilization, and rollout phases while resolving technical blockers and governing technical delivery across multiple PODs.
• Conduct cost-benefit assessments for solution options and provide execution guidance for infrastructure workstreams.
• Ensure code reviews and best practices, maintaining high unit test coverage and proficiency in performance tuning.

Required Skills

• 17+ years of IT experience with 10+ years in the Insurance domain.
• 8+ years of certified Guidewire COTS product technical design and implementation experience.
• Subject matter expertise in PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, and ClaimCenter, with deep knowledge of ClaimCenter core functionalities including reserves, transactions, and payments.
• Foundation knowledge of the Guidewire cloud platform.
• Experience with ReactJS, NodeJS, GraphQL, and AWS.
• Proficiency in performance tuning, technical design, and managing DevOps pipelines.
• Experience with Behavioral-Driven Development (BDD) and specification by example techniques.

Preferred Skills

• Ability to manage DevOps pipelines and maintain high unit test coverage.
