Description

You will define future-state solutions and oversee end-to-end Guidewire InsuranceSuite implementations.

Responsibilities

• Own the architecture of PolicyCenter, ClaimCenter, and BillingCenter, designing component, integration, and data flow solutions.
• Configure and develop Guidewire components using GOSU, Wizards, PCF, Data Model, Workflow, Activities, APD, IntegrationGateway, and AppEvents.
• Manage engineering standards for security, secure-coding, logging, alerting, build, deployment, and integrations.
• Lead and mentor developer teams, providing hands-on assistance for POCs and troubleshooting during delivery cycles.
• Drive at least two end-to-end InsuranceSuite product implementations while managing onshore and offshore teams.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of industry experience with 10+ years delivering large-scale Guidewire InsuranceSuite implementations.
• Deep expertise in P&C insurance domain requirements and PolicyCenter, ClaimCenter, and BillingCenter modules.
• Hands-on experience with Guidewire Cloud upgrades.
• Proficiency in GOSU, Wizards, PCF, Data Model, Workflow, Activities, and APD.
• Experience managing onshore and offshore engineering teams.
• Working knowledge of Scrum or Agile methodologies.

Preferred Skills

• Guidewire Cloud certification.
